Linda Chung turns into laughing stock not wearing any pants for breakfast

TVB series L'Escargot's finale will broadcast this Sunday (2/12). Lately, the storyline has gotten viewers more and more anxious. Last night after episode 25 aired, the development of the main characters' relationships have become the hottest topic online. Linda Chung's role as Kwan Ka Lok and Ko Wan Jim's (Michael Tse) second bed scene after getting drunk turned into a laughing stock. In the scene, Linda appeared only in a dress shirt and revealed her long legs, while she goes to have breakfast with Michael. Netizens questioned if Linda was even wearing any pants? Some guessed the two got so intense that they ripped up all their clothing. Other Netizens' blood were boiling as they watched Ka Lok expressing how she regretted the sex with Ko Wan Jim. A Netizen said with anger that she's Schizophrenic, sometimes she says she doesn't regret, but then after she says its wrong. The Netizen suggested that she go report to the police that she's been raped. The Broadcasting Authority received 2 complaints, disliking the extramarital love affair parts and that there are too many intense bed scenes. 

Netizens strongly disliked the fact that Linda had an affair with Michael's role behind Ron Ng's back and called her "Cheap Woman of the Century". Reporters contacted Linda regarding the issue, she frankly said she's not afraid that being called "Cheap Woman" would damage her image. In fact, she is very happy that viewers are so into the series: "I get angered myself when I watch. After all, please don't say Linda Chung is the Cheap Woman of the Century! I am not like that in real life!" Linda also said the series won some justice back for getting pretty good ratings and public response despite the Lunar New Year period. 

Michael's role as Ko Wan Jim is the 'Master of Love'. To his wife Lee Man Wah (Joyce Tang), he had a whole theory on love: "Can you not force me to give up? Even if I love another person, that does not mean I love you less..." Netizens were madly scolding how ridiculous he is. However, some praised that its men's highest state. It was said the storyline harmed the group of artists. There was never an explanation on why Ko Wan Jim is so madly in love with Ka Lok and that his behavior is unclear, Netizens described the story as an "extreme blur". The series was initially suppose to reflect on the actuality of society (housing situation), but the results turned into a joke.
